I started with a simple pedal looper in 2016. Its a humbling thing to be a pedal loop artist - as often the quantization isnt built in and you simply have to create - a perfect loop using your own judgement and skill.

So when I got the opportunity to buy my RC202in 2022 [2222] it was mindblowing to feel as if all my loops were now perfectly synchronized.

I also felt that with my RC505 … and decided I wanted to go back to basics - for some performances.

 

So I got a Big Top 1 track looper - and after 2 years of RCing the live out of looping - It humbled me.

 

No effects. No undo. No track separation. Just one take and confidence. Kinda like driving manual after a year in an automatic right?

But that’s what keeps me going, the challenge. Can I keep expanding, changing, mixing up technique?
